I've been looking for it and I couldn't find anything (without pirating Sony Vegas or using Windows Live Crap Maker). Do you guys know anything?
Windows Movie Maker. Unless Windows Live Crap Maker is actually the same thing.

Unfortunately, WMM is the only thing that fits this description. You have to buy everything else.
Unfortunately there aren't any good free NLEs for Windows. Personally, I use Sony Vegas Pro and Adobe Premiere Pro... more Vegas than PPro, because the feature set is pretty equivalent but Vegas isn't a resource hog and the UI is much more intuitive. Vegas Movie Studio, the consumer version of Vegas Pro, is pretty reasonably priced for what it gives you; and shares the intuitiveness of its much pricier sibling. It might be worth saving up for.
