My cat has a drooling problem

because he has cancer. Even though the cause isn't too good, it's a cute outcome. At first, he lost a tooth, and his mouth wouldn't close all the way. Then, the middle of his mouth became swollen, and that causes his tongue to rest on one side of his mouth hanging out.

He hates it when we try to wipe the drool. Whenever he sees us with toilet paper or a paper towel, he tries to hide.

    Right now he's gettting medicine each day and a shot once a month. Curable? I have no clue.
