I graduated! I think the best part was standing at the podium and saying "Congratulations fellow classmates" as I turned the tassel. The sight of all the hats in the air in front of was something I'll remember.

I didn't want to participate in it. I didn't want to miss any important material for AP tests and such. I was going to wake up, get ready, and go to school. Nope. I woke up with a slow pace in my step. My sister hadn't left yet, so I asked her if I should stay home. She was all for it. It's Senior Skip Day. You only get one of those in high school (or more if you enjoy occasionally missing school). And now I'm at home... enjoying my Senior Skip Day.
