The saga continues! Volbeat and Illumise
Volbeat and Illumise's relationship is weird. In their debut, Volbeat had the niche of being the only Special Attack boost Baton Passer. As most of the unavaible Pokémon has been released on DW with the exception of legendaries, I thought this would be a decent time to do this.
When discussing future evolutions for Pokémon, a common excuse for certain Pokémon is that “they are gimmick Pokémon”, “they are introduced to teach certain aspects of game”, “they have specific game mechanics” etc. Since they are “gimmicks”, they don't need evolutions, or in more extreme cases, don't even deserve to Pokémon.

Humanizations are fun. I originally intended to include Pachirisu too(along with humanizations of others, but Pachirisu was supposed to be hugging him from back, hence the unfinished circle) but I got lazy. Maybe later.
