At long last, I decided to get off my lazy arse and start a playthrough for this game. :O Without further adieu, let's begin!
Little info before I begin:
-This is a parody of Pokemon Emerald Version, consisting of all Pokemon being replaced with Touhou characters. (Yes, there ARE that many. xD) Or... dolls/puppets of them at least. (Hence why the first Touhoumon Hack was known as Touhoumon Puppet Play)

That's all I'm willing to divulge for now, as going further would be spoiling the game. =P Now let's begin this "mind-breaking" adventure!
Chapter One - Preparations

After skipping through Professor Birch's little monologue, we find ourselves at the ever nerve-wracking choice between being a boy or a girl. :o Wait a minute...

So basically... I'm a girl either way? D: (Developer forgot to patch the selection choices themselves, but the text box says what they should be.)

Well, I'll go with the Tomboyish one then. My name will be Sky! Of course. Skipping through Birch's monologue some more, I find myself INSIDE OF A MOVING TRUCK like in the original Gen III games. The start is mostly the same, so... I'll skip through some of it. :) Inside my house, I find...

...two nekomatas helping to move things into the house. I just KNOW a lot of guys would like to be me right now. =P After setting the time like always, I head over to the ONLY OTHER HOUSE IN THIS "town". There, I find that everyone knows my name already. Creepy. D8 The character you didn't select to become shows up here instead as you may know.

Knowing the standard procedure after this, I head north toward the exit to this backwater town. There, I find a small girl saying there are scary Boneka outside. I guess that's my cue to stupidly run out and look at it? "H-help me! Hello, you over there! Please help!"
Help yourself. ┌∩┐ (°д °) ┌∩┐ *runs off* "Wh-where are you going?! Don't leave me like this!" =/ So yeah, gotta help the clever professor using a Miko Orb from his backpack. Upon opening up the back pack and stealing some cash inside, I find three Miko Orbs containing the game's starters:

Who to pick, who to pick? Hm... (And yes, I know the pictures aligned strangely. >_>; )
Stay tuned for part 2. The fun will really take off there~

While I'm at it, I'll describe each starter in detail.
Luize is a Normal type as stated. Her ability is Immunity. Her stats are mostly balanced, but nothing incredibly good. Has a VERY hard time against Rock and Steel types due to the fact that she learns almost totally Normal moves. Starting moveset is Growl and Pursuit. Rival will use a Rock/Ground type as a "counter" if you pick her.
Elly is a pure Fighting type. Ability is Gatekeeper, which is the same as Sunction Cups. Possesses a VERY high ATK stat and learns a small selection of moves besides Fighting attacks. If she is picked, the Rival will use a Dark/Flying type.
Kuremi is a pure Dark type, and stays that way despite the fact that her wings grow larger with each evolution. Possesses well-rounded stats, mostly leaning towards defense and sp. defense. Ability is Synchronize. Her movepool is easily the most diverse, level-up wise. If picked, the Rival uses a Ground/Fighting type.
