I am making a game.

A game on a engine that was translated from Japanese, still keeps some of it, and has some incoherence in it.
The game is SUPPOSED to be a tactical remake of the original Final Fantasy (keeping the 4-letter spell names and all!), but besides from the boss names and some abilities (like Chaos will still have his attacks), and having some of the same maps (like the World Map), it's going to be different.
help me work it.
Also, if I post a download of the game here, will it be breaking the rules?
