Basically, solipsism is the idea that one's mind and consciousness is only thing that's sure to exist. So, this entire universe and its history are all fabrications of my mind. Pokémon is a fabrication of my mind. The users on this forum are fabrications of my own mind. A person on tumblr put it best: "We are each alone in the unimaginably vast macrocosm of our imagination."

It's a rather disturbing concept and yet it kinda makes sense. Is there anyone on here that can dispute it? The only thing I can come up with that argues against it is the concept of dreams (the mental images we get at night, not the goals and aspirations kind of dreams).

Just compare the list of episodes he wrote for DP and BW. In DP, he wrote almost every Gym Battle and Contest episode, as well as nearly every episode involving the Galaxy-dan and Shinji.

BTW, The Hunger Games: Catching Fire is in the process of filming! This truly baffles me. Why do people want to become one? Do they admire anime VAs? Do they want to be famous in the anime world?

From what I've seen, being a voice actor isn't really a desirable position. It's a very difficult field to get into, and from what this editorial shows there's health risks and fragile job security to boot. I've seen that anime voice actors themselves voice commercials for radio and T.V. and theater acting for the majority of their jobs, they really dub anime infrequently unless they have a major role. And moving to where the anime dubbing companies are located (Fort Worth, Texas for FUNimation as an example), costs a crap-ton of money.

As a strict raw or sub anime fan, I really hate/don't see the point of dubbing anime partly because the voice actors really ruin the charm of original characters whose seiyuus have worked so hard to make.
