As you may have seen elsewhere, we've decided to change the way the Development Forum works. So if you have an idea, now it goes here instead of the old Suggestions Box. The perks of this are numerous: it's more structured, which allows ideas to be better examined. It also allows users to see their ideas implemented in real time. And if a user has an idea that we love and is clearly their brainchild we'll make sure they have the resources to implement it on Bulbagarden.

This is something I've thought about doing in various forms for quite some time and I'm glad we've finally gotten around to it. The old development process was too closed to be really effective, and the old Development Forum was rarely used. Hopefully this will help jump-start growth and provide a major inflow of new ideas and new talent.

And hey, you never know. If you contribute great ideas, we might find a place for you on staff.
