Kittens and Rainbows

I highly doubt anyone will read this, but I just need to vent.

I turn on my Platinum and a blue screen pops up.

The save file has been erased due to corruption or damage.

I held back the urge to throw my DS at the wall and calmly reset the game, only to receive the same message.

My Platinum was not my perfect Pokémon game by far. My party was a bit of a dud, I hadn't bothered to complete the Battle Frontier. Most of my important Pokémon that I lost that meant anything to me.



This baby.

Absol is my favorite Pokémon, partially because of this one. It's the only random shiny I have ever encountered. And now it's gone. I've seriously just lost all motivation to play Pokémon now.

It's times like this when it really hits you hard - no matter how much you love them, at the end of the day, they're just data.
