I'm only able to fall asleep at, like, six in the morning, which means I keep waking up at one in the afternoon. Any suggestions on what I could to remedy this?

You have to adjust your sleep time gradually. Try to go to sleep at slightly earlier times each day. Make sure you don't have any extra lights around when you sleep (turn off your cell phone).
