Picking a starter was fun, my thoughts follow:

Tepig: No, just plain no. I don't need another fire/fighting type wasting my space in a team, and plus, I generLly don't like the look of it.

Oshawott: Just plain cute, with it's scalchop and adorable smile and wanting a hug, I used to hate it, but now it just seems like a good choice, it shall be hard to pick anything else.

Snivy: I hate Serperior, but I like Snivy, it's whole smugness and it's general overconfidence that it seems to have, besides I'm overconfident too, so it's a great match for me.

But, in the end I choose Snivy!!!

Quickly beat the rivals and head out for route 1, I don't catch any Pokemon however as none some to interest me.

I arrive in Accumala Town and talk to Juniper, who seems dazed to me.

Team Plasma is there too, but not in a "we will rule you" kind of way so that's disappointing.

N seems to spazish, but I can understand him at least.

Head for Route 2, and I grab me a Lillipup. By now Snivy is Level 9 and my Lillpup is Level 8.

Arriving in Striaton is fine enough, Lillpup went down, but she's fine. Snivy is nice and strong.

I swept Cheren without trouble and then level grinded in the Dream Yard. Got my Panpour from the girl, and now it and Lillipup are Level 13, Snivy is Level 15. Beat Plasma again and now am heading to the Gym next time!
