So I was browsing The Cutting Room Floor again.

And I found some interesting things related to Kirby's Return to Dream Land.
...A Super Spark ability...
...And a Super Cutter ability.
Both abilities are unused in-game, and have no data other than ability stars and, in the case of Super Cutter, a HUD icon and a hat model. I do have a theory for the Super Cutter ability, however. The Super Ability Flare Beam is a remote control beam that you can move around a certain area.
Since the normal Cutter ability is a boomerang you can move around slightly, I think that it would've had the same function as Flare Beam, but since there's already a cutting and slicing Super Ability (Ultra Sword), it was replaced with Flare Beam.
As for Super Spark, I have no idea. Maybe it was from earlier in development, created right before Flare Beam was added? If my theory about Super Cutter being removed due to being too similar to an existing Super Ability is correct, Super Spark could've been removed due to being too similar to Flare Beam. Either that, or the game developers couldn't figure out how to make Super Spark work. Perhaps both?
The only other interesting things I found were an unused King Dedede theme that appears to be based on Masked Dedede's theme from Kirby Super Star Ultra, and the filename for Another Dimension (The level where you chase the final boss in space like in every other Kirby game)'s music, halberd.brstm.
The Halberd, as you may know, is Meta Knight's ship from Kirby Super Star, and also a stage in Super Smash Bros. Brawl. Perhaps you were to chase it down for some reason? Eh, I've done enough theorizing for one day.
