I can only do that after beating Ghetsis, and I'm nowhere close to that point in the game.

I thought you could access N's Pokemon after you get Memory Link?

If you have White/Black, you can Memory Link your games. There is a PKMN Breeder in the Aspertia (Your hometown) City Pokemon Center that will show you a memory about N releasing his Pokemon. After you seen this memory, then you'll be able to catch N's Pokemon.

So... Do you have White/Black?
