Bulbagarden: A Quaint Little Town That Needs Citizens

Read the Banned List before choosing your Pokemon!
So, I'm making a soap-opera sitcom story based on the denziens [sic] of BMGF. It is called Bulbagarden!.
Bulbagarden is a nice, idyllic(-looking) city ruled by the kindly Archaic the Mayor.
The star of the show is a boy named Jabber (natch), who struggles with everyday teen problems, and who the reader can totally relate to.
DarkDreams has already volunteered for the position of my love interest (not sure why, but it saves me the trouble of creating an all-new character), and Clapton stars as my lovable but dull-witted best friend (unless he doesn't want the part).
However, according to DD, I still need 4 potential employers, 1 headmaster (or principal of the school), 1 strict ass teacher, 1 hot teacher, 1 more love interest, a few other members of my circle of friends, parents, a group of hot bitches (possibly cheerleaders, this position is not really required) , 2 bullies, annoying little brother, and a gay uncle (optional), and various citizens.
Want in? Apply! Just tell me about your character in your comments (name, age, personality, apperence, etc.). Pokemon are acceptable, though as pets, not battlers (Pokemon battling was banned years ago in this world). Super-rare and/or really ancient(-looking) Pokemon, like Lapras, Realicanth, Tropius, Solrock, Lunatone, etc. are considered protected species and illegal to keep and sell, as well as really dangerous Pokemon like Charizard. I'll have to write up a list of banned Pokemon at some point in the near future. A person can own up to seven different Pokemon at a time.
Also, I'm running this by Clapton for potential publishing in National Bulbagraphic.
