I'm sure I've seen some other Axels in the games but that's one I know of.

Apparently, there are several Fisherman Andrews in the Pokemon series, in RSE, DPP, FRLG, and BW. They mostly have low-level Magikarps, including one with 6 level 10 Magikarp -__- the one in BW has 4 level 16 Basculin though.

IIRC there is an old man Gambler Jasper east of Vermillion in LeafGreen.

There is a Waiter called Maxwell in Striaton City Gym in Black and White versions.

There's a Lass Andrea in R/S/E that has a level 40 (R/S) or 41 (E) Luvdisc, as well as a Lass Andrea in FR/LG with three level 24 Meowth. In D/P/Pt, there is a Skier Andrea with a level 38 Staravia (D/P) or level 39 Snover (Pt).

There's also a Scientist Steve in B/W that has a level 20 Sewaddle.
