So, smart people, please explain what the point of user statuses is. Wait, fuck that, what is the point of User walls? Is there any point, it only shows some information, and it only says I updated my status. Not what it is, just that I updated it. Or am I missing something here?

    I don't think you understand. How do you use it when the statuses does nothing at all? All you see is "Person X updated their status". What's the point? You can't actually see the statuses as far as I know.
