Could they be hinting at a new Eeveelution in light of the announcement coming Tuesday? Ash is currently battling in the Unova League (in Japan) and one of the contenders, Virgil, owns an Eevee and all of its evolutions. Could we see his Eevee evolve into a new Eeveelution during the League? Blaziken was first introduced in the Johto League, after all. There have been many Eeveelution promotions these past few months, and the Genesect movie is also going to feature an Eevee mini-movie, so could this all be leading to a new Eeveelution or is this all just a happy coincidence? I don’t know for sure, but it’s all just a tad too convenient to not be leading up to something in my opinion…

This has really got me thinking. If they indeed reveal a new Eeveelution (or two) on Tuesday, will it appear in the next anime episode? And will either that Eeveelution, or the possible second one, be the main focus of the short?E

EDIT: Second thought: It will definitely be just one Eeveelution, as the Eeveelution's types are the types that used to be special in Gen I - III, and the only special type left is Dragon, so it's definitely going to be a solo Dragon Eeveelution called Obliveon or something, and it'd probably be the final Eeveelution.

    Whilst I'm all for a new Eeveelution and I do think that Virgil's Eevee will evolve, I really really hope it's not a Dragon type. Dragons and Eeveelutions are already so overrated as it is, and seriously, a dragon type Eevee? That'd be so lame.

    I'm hoping, if there is a new Eeveelution, that it's either Rock, Ground or maybe Fighting typed.

    Or, it could be Poison or Steel, seeing how there's only been types that resist themselves up until now.

    See, I can make up patterns as well.

    I'd love a Dragon Eevee, I think Dragons are awesome.

    There are no Physical and Special types anymore since the Physical/Special split, I really dont see why Dragon has to be the only type left. They can make all the types if they choose, why stop at the "Special" ones.

    I would like a Poison or Ghost-type Eeveelution. I suppose Dragon would be cool, too. Even if they don't reveal one on Tuesday, I still have a feeling that there will be at least one new one in the new gen.

    I really think all bets are off with this. Maybe it's fair to assume that there will be a new Eeveelution, but I find it difficult to reason for any type in particular.

    The possibility of an Eeveelution? Anything - ANYTHING but Dragon plz. We've had enough with dragons - can't they make something more unique like a Poison or Ghost type?
