Talk, Talk, Talk

I was using Microsoft Word and Excel Starter, and they were fine, but a few weeks ago they started freezing and they had to repair them every day via the control panel, and now they outright don't work. So I had to uninstall them, and now the only way to still use them is by downloading Microsoft Word and Excel with a few trial of about 25 times, and then un-installing them and re-downloading them when that's up.

*Sigh* I really don't want to go through that trouble, but I just might have to. Anyone got any solutions?
