  1. Twitter can save my life.

by , 19th July 2010 at 09:02 PM (This is not for you.)
Well, not really. It can however, help me go to a wicked concert.
Hot Hot Heat are doing a concert nearby quite soon. I've been a fan since I was nine. Yes, this means Steve Bays has been my celebrity crush for six years.

My parents are iffy about letting me go. However, mum half-joked/half-said that if I get enough people to tweet something along the lines of "@fledglingzeph ...

by , 2nd March 2010 at 10:17 AM (This is not for you.)
I am so close to being eight* I can taste it.
Thanks to all for the birthday wishes. Sorry I can't get back to all of you personally. I would love to do so, but... I can't. My Earth birthday was amazing! I went to see a They Might Be Giants concert, and I got the handwritten set list. Then, the next day I bought Deadpool Classic. So, all in all, pretty spontabulous.

*Note that this is in Martian years.

You are so sick of these aren't you? I'll make it short and sweet.

    The Weather?
Snow on the ground but not in the sky. Pretty cloudy.

    The Presents?
A laptop (which I am typing this from), the a few books (House of Leaves, Nineteen Eighty-Four, A Brief History of Time, The Universe in a Nutshell), Firefly on DVD, a pair of goggles, a giant painting of Albert Einstein, Kingdom Hearts: 358/2 Days, and a lot of clothes, highlights including a wicked blazer ...

  5. TV Tropes aren't addictive.

by , 6th December 2009 at 12:15 PM (This is not for you.)
They aren't. I'm not addicted to TV Tropes. That isn't possible. No. Even if I do have twenty-two tabs open at once and use TV Tropes titles in regular conversation, it isn't too much. There is no such thing as too much. TV Tropes doesn't have control over me, I have control over it! I am perfectly, one hundred percent, fine. Right? Right guys? Guys?
