-No PWT? Its okay, its happening in Unova!
-Was Kalos the region N was in? We'll never know because he was in Unova during the games.

... I don't really see what you're trying to say here.

In other words, you wanted a PWT in XY?

I don't see why N's location is so relevant...

So you're trying to say that Game Freak's in-world explanation for no PWT in XY is that "It's happening in Driftveil City, so it can't happen in Kalos" because XY and BW2's events are happening at the same time.

And they can't have it in ORAS because it wasn't conceived yet.

Of course, PWT wasn't the epitome of battling facilities--it was simply pandering to the fandom. They also don't really need the PWT to have gym leaders come over to Kalos for a tournament--they can find another excuse. And co-occuring in the same time-frame didn't really stop Johto from having Sinnoh's Battle Frontier.

Was Kalos the region N was in? We'll never know because he was in Unova during the games.
Blue wasn't in Kalos at the time either, yet we know he visited. They don't have to have N actually cameo in the region for us to know this is the region he visited.

I think he means X/Y is the midquel of B/W and B/W2, though I see no source of it anywhere.
