Good god hard resetting your sleep pattern is the worst.

Spent the last couple of days thanks to my recent internet addiction going to bed at like 5-6 in the morning only to wake up at like 3 in the afternoon. Sure I got nothing to do, but it ain't healthy so today I'm going on a 24+ hour awake-a-thon to sleep at a normal hour like normal humans. After 3 o clock and 24 hours pass I might take a nap, but then try to sleep by midnight.
