  1. Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Turtles in Time: Re-Shelled

    by , 5th June 2009 at 07:23 PM
While it didn’t get much coverage at this year’s E3, one of the games that will be coming out on the Xbox Live Arcade later this year is Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Turtles in Time: Re-Shelled. It’s the sequel to the hugely popular and beloved 1989 Arcade beat –em up classic: Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: The Arcade Game.

Since that game was released on Xbox Live Arcade back in 2007, it’s been a huge hit, but Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Turtles in Time: Re-Shelled it’s ...
  2. The Asbestos Man. One of Marvel's Strangest Villians

    by , 29th April 2009 at 07:58 AM
While visiting the Marvel Database a little while ago. I did come across an interesting article on what could very well be one of the weirdest Marvel Villains of all-time. Everyone meet Asbestos Man.

Yeah that’s right Asbestos Man. Keep in mind though that this is from the 1960’s long before the EPA banned asbestos. So why am I mentioning a long forgotten (and likely) one-shot Marvel Villain from the 1960’s.

To be honest I don’t get it. I know that Eidos (the England based publisher that is best known for the Tomb Raider franchise) has been on some hard times and I heard of the rumor of Square Enix buying Eidos since in late 2008, but I still don’t get it.

I know that Square Enix has ...

  4. I Blame Munchlax

There has been a lot of debate on the forums about Gen V lately, in terms of both the games and anime. With all the speculation it made me think about the release dates between generations to help give me a better idea of when is the earliest date we should see Gen V based on the Japanese and International release dates.

    Gen I: Japan, 1996
    International, 1998

    Gen II: Japan, 1999
    International, 2000

    Gap between Gens: ...

  5. Seriously Nintendo

    by , 2nd February 2009 at 05:47 PM
Look, I know that Nintendo has taken a more casual approach to their gaming platforms and have been very successful doing so with the Nintendo Wii and Nintendo DS.

Still, it bothers me that so little new info is going on at Nintendo. I mean, as a loyal Nintendo fan for 20 years now, I know that Nintendo can be very low key and secretive when it comes to their new games, but they have gone to new extreme to remain hush hush with their newest projects. I mean look at the games we know ...
