Too fit to be "Leeney"!

Wooooooooooo! I checked my history here & I have not logged in in exactly one month. But it's update time!!!
Well, you may wonder why my title for this entry is "Too fit to be 'Leeney'". This past year has caused a complete turn around in my life. I look back on my posts from before to see that there were degrees in which I was very immature. I really haven't gotten the opportunity to mature here since I've taken a leave here and by the looks of it, I won't be permanently here for a while. I enjoy my new 'fit' self although there is always room for improvement. Here are some ways on how I became 'fit':
1. My weight has been lighter than half my middle school years. As a high school senior I now weigh around 120 lbs(55 kg). Around this time last year, I was about 160 lbs and during freshman and sophomore year I was around 185. My health started to get affected. I knew I had to change myself physically. I wasn't happy. The top foods I gave up were fast-food, soda, and sweets which are a no-no. Then I moved on to becoming serious in my vegetarian diet. I also exchanged unreliable public transportation for walking to places that I consider close. I simply became much more active(I was part of my school's dance team before I started going to the gym) and ate better.
2. I'm also academically 'fit'. I have earned my position as valedictorian of my respective high school. I've already written my speech but my principal has improved it greatly so I hope graduation goes well for me.
3. I'm 'fit' to be social too. I've joined two non-profit organizations at my school and have made many friends and acquaintances. The irony is that I've grown closer to the people that I've recent;y gotten to know while growing further apart with my first friends. I still wish I had more topics to talk with others but I've gotten better. I hope to improve this once I go to college.
Enough of my 'fit' blog!
