TT-TT WHY DOESN'T ANYONE LOVE HIM???

Seriously, Giygas is one of my favorite video game characters EVER. But ever since the Giygas theory, people have been majorly afraid of him, saying he's a creepy demonic soul and such. Really, he's a FREAKING BABY. Has anyone else realized this? GIYGAS IS A BABY. They had to go back 10 years to fight him in Earthbound. When he was a BABY.

....Alright...what did he look like 10 Years LATER...OH GOD YOU THOUGHT HE WAS BAD NOW...

Now if you haven't heard of the Giygas theory, here it is, but be warned: it's a bit disturbing...(Mods, let me know if I need to take this off.)

I might as well be the only Giygas fangirl EVER. Anyway, he is the final boss in Earthbound, and the most disturbing boss ever on everyone's list. He is killed by Paula praying, with the final battle depicted in the following fanart not made by me:

Thing is, your jerk of a neighbor Pokey comes along, who was already a jerk through the whole thing, and FREAKING LIES about everything about Giygas. Just by looking at him you can tell he's a little piece of crap. Even Giygas himself probably hated the little jerk:

I'll bet if he was a baby you guys would love him...

Now you love him, right?

So spread the Giygas love...please...do it ~~NOT FOR POKEY~~ for the world...Or my world, at least...

I realized Giygas was a baby a while back. But...wasn't Giygas taken care of by 2 humans in Ninten's game?

Yeah, Giygas and Giegue are two different alien...thingies. In MOTHER, Giegue was raised by Ninten's great-grandmother, Maria. In MOTHER 2/Earthbound, Giygas...well he just was kind of always there. From the beginning.

The freaking opening of the game says "The War Against Giygas". You just don't know what he looks like until the final boss of the game.

Ok, just let me clarify this:

-The Giegue that appears in EarthBound zero is the same as the one that appears in Earthbound, because giegue was not killed in ninten's game, he was just defeated and sweared that he would have his revenge. In the japanese version of earthbound, the ''The war against Giygas!'' message is replaced with ''Giegue strikes back!'' which means that Giegue was not taken care of by 2 humans (by the way, they were three, ninten, ana and lloyd).

-You have to go back ten years to the past to fight giygas because the ''apple of enlightment'' predicted that giygas would be defeated by a boy named ness, to prevent this, giygas went to the past ten years ago.And yes, he is not aware of what he is doing because his mind was destroyed by his enormous power. I don't really know why he looks like a fetus, maybe it was for lulz.

P.S: By the way, i love giygas too, he is one of my favorite bosses.
