I bought the following games/systems in 2009:
Pokémon Emerald*
Pokémon Platinum
Nintendo DSi
Mario & Luigi: Bowser's Inside Story
* bought this to replace the one I sold to get my second replacement DS.

I also bought some Virtual Console/WiiWare games including Final Fantasy, Super Mario Bros: The Lost Levels, and Pokémon Rumble

    Pokemon Emerald is fun.
    Pokemon Platinum is only worth it if you play in the metagame.
