A Nuzlocke run through Ruby Version, chronicled via blog.
Well, here's the third part of my Nuzlocke challenge thus far. I notice that very few people seem to be reading these, much less commenting on them. Am I correct in assuming that a lot of you out there aren't exactly into Nuzlocke challenges?
Anyway, I went back to Petalburg and obtained the Exp. Share, which proved invaluable. Continued on to Slateport, and began training, catching a Minun in the process. Soon, however, tragedy struck once more.

Real creative title, huh? Anyway, to recap what's happened thus far... would be useless, as you could just look at the previous entry and see for yourself, couldn't you?
Anyway, I made it to Rustboro without incident, healed up, and went on to Route 116, where I caught yet another female Zigzagoon, and on to Rusturf Tunnel, and if you really need to be told what I caught there, you've clearly never played this game before.

I starts up Ruby version, first making sure I don't have anything valuable on my previous file. Sure enough, I had a Jirachi. After Pal Parking it and five other things, I restarted the game, and began the Nuzlocke run.
The beginning of the game went as you'd expect it to. Set the clock, withdrew the potion from the PC, met May, and saw a Poochyena chase Birch around. I chose Mudkip to eliminate the Poochyena, which was achieved with two Tackle attacks. Now, I count Mudkip as
What's up? I am, as usual, Missingno. Master. And I think the time has come for me to do a Nuzlocke run through one of my numerous Pokémon games. Might help to pass the time during the agonizingly long wait for Black and White to come out. I shall be using my Ruby version to do this, and here are the rules I shall follow.
