So, I just finished with the PWT, just after Driftveil Gym (you know, that mandatory tournament with Cheren, your rival, and Colress). In the final match, Colress's Magneton got so much bullshit hax, KO'd my Heatmor and brought my Dewott to 1 HP before it was finally KO'd, leaving only my Trubbish to take on a full-health Klink and Elgyem. You're probably thinking I was screwed at this point, right?

Wrong-o.

Trubbish took out Klink with nothing but a series of Rock ...

Just for the hell of it. I was training it on Cinnabar Island's coast after visiting Pokemon Mansion, so I'd find stuff like Ponyta and Koffing on the water. And for even more fun, I was using nothing but h Poke's Metronome. This is what I've learned from my experience.

*Back then, Metronome had no problem calling up moves its user already knows. I knew this already, of course, but still, seeing h Poke Metronome no fewer than three Confuse Rays when it already knows that move ...
