The original Transformers DS game(s) had their fair share of flaws, but they were fun. Like, really fun. And really, fun is what a game needs to be; your shiny game with a great soundtrack isn't going anywhere if it's not any fun to play.

I am buying the Metroid Prime Trilogy on Wii. Yes, I've played and pretty much gotten 100% on all three games already (I need a few more friend credits on MP3; I'm bad at making friends, so it'll probably be a while yet). But this is a pretty good deal, three games for $50, especially when MP3 is fetching nearly that much even two years after its release. Still it is $50 for three games I have already. So, I'm wondering whether or not I should get Grand Theft Auto: Chinatown Wars for the DS.
I love the DS. It's so bad. While it may have seemed gimmicky at first (and about half its game library does nothing to deny that), people have put it to excellent use. When I open my game drawer, I find RPGs, FPSs, action-adventure games, and more. So a new DS title is always something to look at; I'm waiting anxiously for TLOZ: Spirit Tracks and Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen.
