If there's one thing I hate, it's SOVA.

If there's one thing I hate more it's either annoying-over-the-top SOVA members, Republicans, or Pokeshipping.

But for the sake of this rant (and my sanity) we will not be covering all that today.

No, we shall talk about SOVA.

Hey, SOVA members, want a little piece of shocking history about your beloved Veronica? No? Well here you go anyway!

Veronica sounded just like Sarah back in ye old Kanto. Lies, you say! But it true. Before she was burning our ears off with her high pitchedness, she was doing the same thing that Sarah is. That is intimating Rica.

Don't believe me? Replay that old Kanto DVD box set I know you have and then suffer though the dub and Japanese version. Hear the resemblance? Yes? Good!

"Oh but our blessed saint Veronica got better!" you say? That's because 4kids went "Oh, what the hell?" and went their own route.

Called for because someone else posted a blog about SOVA, pissing a number of us off, and blogs at least are okay for VA talk at this point.

You've seen it though. All this ever does is cause meaningless fighting on both sides with neither actually accomplishing anything.

Taylor had also been an established voice talent before getting cast as Ash.

At this point I don't care who the hell they get, just fire Natochenny. She hasn't improved and she's had an unforgivable amount of time to do so.

Also seriously, come on. There's not a single person in SOVA who thinks Taylor is flawless, and the whole POINT is that she improved.

This is just flamebait. There would have been a plethora of ways to get your points across that WOULDN'T have been drowned in vitriol, but as it stands you lose any respectibility you could have had by standing there and shrieking about how badly SOVA sucks because of ONE ACTRESS NOT BEING TIP TOP AT THE VERY BEGINNING OF THE SERIES.

My opinion is that 99% of american VAs suck, so I don't care either way.

Who the heck are you listening to? Very few VAs suck. Most of the time you hear them doing a bad job, it's because of the director. Damn, my favorite VA ever gave one of the worst performences I've ever heard in this one video game...EVERYONE in the game was stilted and artificial, and I know for a fact that they're a cast of very talented people. But you get a crappy director who tells you to read it a certain way, you have to do it.
