Sometimes this just sums up my feelings about life, the universe, and everything... now is one of those times. In fact, it wouldn't be a stretch to say it's gotten me through the hard times in my life. It's one of my favorite quotes ever.

So if you're a great spirit, and I know quite a few people who fit that description (some of whom are EXTREMELY close to me), you're not alone.

Even Einstein put up with his share of crap.

I don't think I'm a great spirit, but I know some VERY mediocre minds who oppose the little good that I do.

They can't stand good. That's why their minds are mediocre.

Any person who is the least bit nice or reasonable they feel the need to tear down and attack to no end, because they know they'll never achieve that themselves and want to drag others down with them. They don't care who they hurt, or the results of their actions. They just live to insult others and in general, for lack of a better word, troll.

It boggles the mind how some people can be such jerks. It really does.

When you really give this quote some thought, you start realizing the truths behind it.

Well considering some of the shit I've had to put up with in life, I guess that makes my spirit great. I'll remember that next time I'm feeling down.
