A welcome statistic

Earlier in the summer, I was concerned about the prospect of Bulbapedia facing an 'edit crisis:' that is, people would continue making new articles, but old articles would never be improved. I'm happy to say that this does not seem to be the case, with edits recovering to their pre-re-open levels. This seems to be part of a larger trend on Bulbapedia, where little projects which need attention are generally being attended to. As a result, Bulbapedia is continuously looking better and providing more information.

So my concern ends up being something that's, luckily, a non-issue. To editors: keep up the good work. To browsers: why don't you sign up and make an edit here or there? It's fun. Who knows? If you make enough, you might just join the staff at some point.

I've been browsing here and there but there's not much people like me, can do. The only time I forsee editing is when a new game comes out, although I cannot get a program to rip data off of ROMs beneficial to the site and it seems you guys have already handled that. Plus, I wouldn't know where to learn the wikicode to edit.

The wikicode is fairly simple to learn. It's true that we've reached a point where specialization is increasingly necessary for constructive edits, but there are some tasks left for regular users.
