I must say I'm extremely excited about the upcoming episodes of Pokémon.
I mean, Akagi actually appears, Aoi returns as well as Shirona. That alone is really awesome.

However, when I also take a look at the new image for Pokémon on TV-Tokyo's website, I get even more excited. We see the Lake Trio and we see this puzzle Ginga-dan got and 'opened' almos 20-ish episodes ago. It definitely looks like they're building up to something massive.

That being said, I know one can't expect something too over the top in action since this still is Pokémon we're talking about. Though, just the fact that the Ginga-dan gets better treatment than Team Aqua and Magma got is enough to make me optimistic. My lord, did the latter two got a horrible treatment. So much potential wasted. They almost made up for it by letting Bannai return, but he appears to be gone for good, which is downright pitiful because he seemed so awesome. (one can still hope he appears to be part of Ginga-dan now. Okay, I'm desperate. Shut up)

I'm not at all familiar with the DP/P games so I don't even know what expectations to have (the more surprised and intrigued I can be, though), but I do hope we can get a nice amount of intense cliffhangers. Unless all of this that happens in the series will lead to the plot of the 12th or 13th movie. The DP movies so far have been actively connected, so taking it a step further to connect it with the series (It wouldn't surprise me if it turns out Ginga-dan are to blame for Dialga and Palkia meeting and attacking one another).

So yeah, I'm excited about the upcoming episodes but also when some information about the 12th movie will get leaked sometime in late Fall.

DP truly has gotten the best treatment of them all. AG had potential but never got the chance to show it all, Johto was okay but dragged to the point of forgetting all the good parts. Kanto I won't mention since that was the very start of it all, and that prevents me from forming a firm enough opinion for some reason.

Damn, now I lost track of myself DX

Uuuhm, how to end this blog entry...

Oh yeah, anyone think Arceus and Ho-oh are buddies? C'mon =P

Totally agreed with everything except the final odd line. xDD Boy, you're random.

Seriously, this sounds like it's going to be EPIC.

I hope they learned their lesson with Aqua and Magma and really *are* building to something. Given that A/M was their first real "final showdown" since the Rockets are still in full swing unlike the games.

Bannai I could see being hired by someone who also hires J, since they're both bounty hunters of different sorts (I don't think J would go for objects and I can't see Bannai making epic captures).

It's odd. Rockets got two movies (1 and 4), Magmas got 1/2 (Butler being an EX-Magma in 6), Aquas got jack squat (9 would have been slightly better if Phantom had been a former Aqua...at least it would have made Kyogre's sudden appearence a bit ironic rather than OMGWTF). Galactics have to have SOMETHING. If they don't, I'll be steamed.

...I want to see the DP movies tie in with 3, since Dialga and Palkia are from the same subdimension as the Unown. Spencer Hale and his unnamed wife, having spent time there, may know a bit about the creatures therein.

Anyway, I'm VERY eager to see Cyrus in the anime. Moreover hear what he sounds like.
