You guys...I think I have a serious addiction

To Create-A-Wrestlers.
I got Legends of Wrestlemania a few days ago and have been playing it ever since. It's not as bad as I heard it was. That ladder thing turned out to be a complete lie! Now, the CAW (or in this case, CAL for Create-A-Legend) system in this game has been significantly revamped. My RVD character took around a week to build-up to usable levels, and even then I stopped because it was taking too long. But just today, I built up an Eddie Guerrero character from the ground up simply by doing a series of 20 matches.
Instead of it being based on what you do in the match, you get EXP for every action you take in a match (i.e. quick squash matches don't give you much, but drawn out ones do). You can then spend this EXP to raise your stats. And instead of the EXP being gained in a career mode, you gain it in "Legend Killer" mode, where you fight other legends (or Superstars if you imported them from SvR 2009) in sets of 10, as well as one where you fight all the legends in the game, and another where you fight your "favorite" legends (really just your most oft-used ones, which usually means your own CAWs/CALs). You can also import ones from SvR 2009 (so I got RVD in there too), but don't expect them to be fully set up (you need to do entrances and moves again, and there are no premade ones)
On a side-note, it took my Randy Savage character only 1:58:xx to beat the first three tiers, but I had Eddie take 1:27:xx to beat the Superstar tier (mostly my willingful doing). Probably going to do Razor Ramon next, seeing as how I got one ready to go. After that? Doink the Clown if the guy making him releases the formula; the Bushwackers if not. I'm far from the best at making CAWs myself. :P
