In a hilarious manner. For half the fight, it was stuck with 704 damage poison. For half the rest, it was stuck with panic. Hilariously, link skills can be triggered by enemies attacking themselves. I used the skill points I'd been saving up, made an ultimate plan, and just killed it with fire. No Black Mist either - the status lasted as long as it did incidentally. Even after panic ran out and the arms regenerated, it far way too late.

I really like that. Status is actually worth a try in this game. Especially that 70x damage poison. Simply hilarious on anything it procs onto.
