The Live Wire

It's always the first in your party so it's always switching whenever you switch, you miss out on the Poke Ball animations, it was mandatory instead of optional, and could get really stupid with the likes of Steelix, Aerodactyl, etc. following behind with the first in mind. If those flaws were fixed, I wouldn't mind it, but man. I think it gets way more praise than it deserves, at least, and I couldn't care less about it not being in any future games. Totally overrated and whatnot, not nearly as good as some people think, and so annoying to see brought up by said some people.
