The Live Wire

I don't play many games these days, but I have fond memories of that game. Have fun.

While it does vary from person to person, I won't disagree - DKR is a great racing game. Bonus points for adding adventure modes.

On the note of racing games, I'd say that Sonic & All-Stars Racing Transformed is SEVERAL times closer to DKR than it is to Mario Kart 7 - mostly because the separate forms of DKR work almost exactly the same as they do in SASRT. They even have similar boost systems - car has single panels on the ground, while air and water have ring shapes. Of course, the way to achieve a full boost is different in each.

I loved that game. I never actually raced, though.

The new Sonic and Sega All-Stars comes close though, what a great game.

I haven't played Diddy Kong Racing in awhile though...speaking of whichj, their was a rumor floating around about Monster Games (Excitebot, Pilotwings Resort) developing a sequel.

Now that game was amazing. Had awesome music too.

Awesomest racing game ever.

But that's not Burnout 3...
