Yeah, that plan of mine that backfired? It's officially gotten out of hand.

I just took a nap. Now, I never fucking take naps, and the results are always the same: the constantly interrupted naps mess up my sleeping schedule even more. This one was different though, in how I kept going back to sleep, despite twice waking up (from both heartburn and other activity in the place). And here I am now, 2-3 hours of sleep later, still tired, but not too tired.

I've spoke about polyphasic sleep before. Twice, in fact! Most notably here though, where I mention similar yet different incidents. What I've been unwittingly doing so far though looks to be more similar in concept to it. But hey, my lifestyle does allow for it, and you overall spend less time sleeping, so maybe this is really it! ...nah, it's a misfire, and things will be back to normal in short order.

    From what I heard, sleeping pills won't help with sleeping dysfunctions and it also has some bad side effects.
