Official news and updates regarding Bulbagarden features
Hi everyone. It's recently come to my attention that some of our friends with our ad partners here have partnered up with a new startup called "TrendOY!", a tech email newsletter. After taking a look at these guys, I thought it might be something that some people here would be interested in. Particularly since we've managed to do a deal whereby people signing up from here might be able to win some Pokémon collectables and merchandise. ;)

As many of you may remember, a few months back Bulbanews, as well as its associated Twitter account, were taken over by a small number of former Bulbagarden staff members with personal vendettas against some of the current Bulbagarden staff. At the time, they made a number of allegations regarding how Bulbagarden operates, including statements about our ownership. It's recently come to my attention that the Visitor Message system was not working as intended. Specifically, visitor messages left on any persons profile page could be edited by that user. This has led to some cases where a person has literally "had words put in their mouth" by someone after posting a comment on their visitor messages, which they'd then report to a staff member to try and get that person infracted.
