I'd still like her to do those temporary returns of hers though.

Like I said, he's a columnist for one of the more prominent right-wing "news" publications in the UK. I don't see his job being jeopardised any time soon.

Here's one thing that wasn't mentioned in this blog: the Pearl Harbor thing was already balanced out at the end of WWII. Why? We dropped A-bombs on them. Seriously, ATOM BOMBS. An artificial destructive force that the world had never seen before then. We also "interned" (that is, imprisoned) Japanese-Americans thinking they were spies, when many of them didn't even speak a lick of Japanese. Besides, the government that commanded the Pearl Harbor attack and other attacks in WWII was effectively destroyed and replaced with a new one, if I remember correctly.
It's not just Pearl Harbor, though. It might be one act that sticks out but it was hardly the worst thing the Japanese did during/prior to WW2. Plus, the nukes weren't a British act, even though we were/are allied to the USA.

But also like I said, the UK has committed a load of atrocities in its history so we can't claim a moral high-ground.

Sadly, Littlejohn is a professional bigot. He wouldn't recognise the validity of these points.

Or: take a shot anyone constantly brings up the drinking game. The concept was funny for the first few days and now it isn't.

Anyways great review of the game.

I stopped giving a shit about who won The X-Factor this year when Lucie was knocked out. I wouldn't have minded her being eliminated so much if it wasn't for the fact that the week she was eliminated, it was between her and John and Edward.

Lucie was so much better than anyone else in the competition anyway.

    Personally, I hate both songs.
But I'd prefer to see Killing in the Name get the top of the charts rather than The Climb. <-<

I hate the people who say that the X-Factor winners should get number 1 because they worked so hard. They worked for a few months, and many bands / artists (who are probably very good) have never got a number 1 single. Ever. And they've worked alot bloody harder than the X-Factor singers.

    I mean here's Cheryl Cole's argument:

"I would be devastated to see Joe lose possibly the best thing that could happen to him in his life."
Perhaps, but if I'm correct (which I am), Joe isn't the only person who's tried for number 1. There are countless other people out there.
Every aspiring pop star dreams of a number one record."
That's right. But why Joe? Because he sang for a fucking few months?
    "It is a beautiful song".
    Not by him, it isn't.
"He put his heart and soul into every single week of The X Factor and I cannot bear to see him lose out to a mean campaign that has nothing to do with his efforts."
Just about every artist / band puts their heart and soul into every single week of their record production, and they don't even get close to number 1.
"If that song, or should I say campaign, by an American group is our Christmas number one I'll be gutted for him and our charts."
Like an X-Factor cover would make our charts any better.

You see, the main problem is the public. The Public know shit about music, and that's why we get the god-awful Christmas Number 1's each year from the X-Factor.
You see, the X-Factor has never really been about how well you could sing, it's always been about whoever could be the best heartthrob. I've listened to the X-Factor a few times this year, and I believe Lucie should have won, as I believed she had the best voice, but what do I know? In my opinion, all these reality TV shows should get fucked.

I had something moar to say, but I forgot.

EDIT: Oh yeah, RATM has won Number 1. It's official now.

You were thinking along the right lines when it came to identifying me - the clue WAS in the DOB - I used the same one. I claimed that Samus was Diryn just to throw people off. :3

Right now, someone out there is impatiently awaiting their psuedo-prestige at being selected. It might not be me, but someone out there is waiting!
