Call me Sir goddammit!
Bueller? Bueller? Bueller? Bueller? Bueller? Bueller? Bueller? Bueller?
You need Pain Split on Dusclops as a form of recovery. And you wanna max HP for sure. Screw Thunderpunch, and Double Team is too luck based. Go with Night Shade or Seismic Toss.
For Escavier, just max out HP and Attack, I'd say. And use Leftovers. There's no point in surviving a Fire attack if you can't even retaliate against Fire-types. Swords Dance doesn't work well for such a slow Pokemon. Pursuit is always good for hitting fleeing Pokemon.
Timid for Starmie.
Mean Look on Umbreon really isn't and good, so I'd replace it and Moonlight with Wish and Protect. If you'd rather have Moonlight than the option to heal party members, you can go with Heal Bell.
I can't do an in depth analysis, but here are a few simple observations:
-There are no "lead" pokemon in the 5th gen metagame because of team preview.
-Do you mean Focus Sash for Aerodactyl instead of Focus Band? Focus Band is pretty unreliable.
-Mystic Water not the best item for Starmie. If you want to keep the same move set you can use expert belt or life orb. If you want to replace Recover with an attacking move you can use choice scarf, or switch to a +speed nature and use choice specs.
-Same goes for Garchomp's item. Expert belt, life orb or leftovers, or choice specs/band if you replace Dragon Dance with an attacking move.
Uh, Blaziken can't learn Dragon Dance.
Cryogonal is really hard to find. It might be best to changes your DS' settings to make it winter. That makes it a tad bit easier to find. :>

Sorry. Bad spelling is one of my worst pet peeves.
You're lacking a Water type on your team, unless you're running a Sunny Day team, which might explain why you're using Cryogonal.
I definitely do like numbers 1 and 2.
