Every Wii controller should work on the Wii U as it's intended to work like that.

    ?

Every single Nintendo console released since the original Nintendo DS has at least some wireless functionality.

Here's a list of stuff you need to know first.

Nintendo DS/DS Lite: 802.11b, up to WEP security
    Wii/Nintendo DSi/DSi XL/3DS: 802.11b/g, all security configurations
I bet Wii U will support n to some degree.

But only DSi-enhanced games and 3DS games work with WPA/WPA2 stuff on a DSi or up.

Wii games will always work as long as it's configured correctly.
yeah but will my pokemon ranch and Pokémon Battle Revolution work on this new Wii U console?

Yep. That missile-like sound means a critical capture is underway, and it can happen with any Poké Ball (except, it seems, the Dream Ball, or anything used in the Entree Forest; not sure if it happens with the Master Ball, as I haven't used any of them in B/W, but it would be kind of a waste). Once the Pokémon is sucked into the ball, it shudders in midair before falling to the ground. And it only wobbles once. It doesn't guarantee capture, but it does improve your chances. The odds of getting a critical capture increase as your Pokédex fills up.

Basically it means you're almost guaranteed a capture. But the Pokémon can still break out though. The ball only wobbles once.

Feebas is definitely worth evolving, seeing as Milotic has great defenses and a good Sp. Attack, plus with the popularity of Rain teams, the Water-type fits most teams well. Evolving it in Gens 3 and 4 is a bit of a pain though: Gen 5 made it much easier by just trading a Feebas holding a Prism scale.
