You should be able to reset IE settings completely in the Internet Options > Advanced tab. If you're using Windows Vista or above, I think I'll also recommend that you upgrade your version of IE. Also, get the other two browsers anyway.

Apparently the Eeveelutions won't come out until after they take the game down, which will be May.

I've contacted them before in the past when they used to be PUSA back when I was in that one failed group. They are a pain to contact, and don't try their phone unless you want it ringing off the hook.

And they probably won't care if you do get someone, as they will say to call Nintendo and that it's Nintendo's responsibility for the games.

You wouldn't know what else to do because you wouldn't want to join in because it would honestly scare you. Yes, it seems ridiculous, but I'm speaking from experience. When I was little, I would have sat in the corner rather than join in on something that scared me.
