@Polkadot Jolteon that is why I don't like discussing where Gen 6 will be based! I'm from the UK too, and people seem to think it will solely be based on France? Referring to Europe at the same time? I'm like... I'm half Cypriot, and Cyprus is also a part of European Union now... We have Beaches, mountains, rivers, waterfalls.... and it's way over 30 degrees in the Summer!

I...I never said we would see a second visit.

I said, let's what until we see whether or not the new generation's region is based on France or Europe. France is only one country in Europe, so it's possible that GameFreak might want to explore another European country in the future.

Kanto, Kansai, Kyushu and Hokkaido are all in Japan and had separate regions.

    But France =\= Europe.
France is just one of many countries in the continent that is Europe.

If GameFreak want to explore other countries in Europe, which contain pasts and cultures far different to France in the future, then they will. The UK and France are very different places with very long histories both on terms of political and culture, as are France and Germany, Switzerland etc. That's what they're getting at.

    France =/= Europe

So many people are assuming it does equal the same. As a member of the UK, I'm actually quite offended by generalizations like European country = Europe.

Still, what's with the 3DS France craze? Rhythm Thief, now this?

    LOLWUT?

But what exactly do you not like about Savers, besides that "it's stupid?"
Masaru is completely unlikable as a character and not at one point in this series does he get a proper comeuppance for his own actions. Basically whatever he did never had a real consequence, and we expected to like this character for constantly trying to start fights and yelling at other people without one thought of it being right or wrong! The world does not work like this! You can't just run up and start fighting without a proper thought! Or how he beat up Biyomon right in front of Kristy! You could say it was because he cared so much for Kristy despite the fact there's been little to no reference to that. He starts off as monkey brained leader and ends the series being a monkey brained leader! Like what was the point of it? Was it to teach people that reckless actions have no consequences? You could say that it wasn't trying to teach a lesson because it wasn't intended for kids, but so what? It's not like this series tried to have its own set of morals for its target audience, it's what we basically expect out of a digimon series.

There's a lot of stuff I hate about this series but my hatred for Masaru is high after seeing him again in Xros Hunters.

I haven't been keeping up with Xros, but I wholeheartedly agree that Savers sucks. I thought Adventure 02 was bad, but damn this just takes the cake. Masaru is just a terrible main character. He undergoes no significant character development and I hate how the show treats his "punch now, think never" approach to...well, everything, as the single best strategy to deal with one's problems. Yoshino being a weak female lead and Tohma being a fourteen year old prodigy at everything do NOT help at all.

I'm also a bit tired of seeing Agumon everywhere. I think Guilmon was a much more well rounded and overall better Digimon and, personally, my favorites are all the canine Digimon (Gabumon, Renamon, etc) whom I don't get to see enough.

Speaking of which, I don't like how they changed the name from Dark Trinity (JP) --> Shadow Triad (EN). Same with the Goddesses of Love & Peace - localization teams are such pussies.

^In fact they never do much of anything.

Also, if you think about it the whole "didn't get there in time" excuse doesn't make sense; The trigger for Bianca gathering the leaders to help you is supposedly the appearance of N's Castle. However, the time between N's castle appearing & Bianca showing up with all the leaders is very short (a couple minutes probably in real time, tops). The most likely (quickest) scenario is that she called all the leaders via X-transceiver (after all, you wouldn't waste time lying to each individual settlement during such a crisis) and - when the Striaton Trio didn't pick up - flew to their gym...only to find it vacant (or worse). However, Bianca covered for them and said she didn't make it in time instead. Make's sense, no?

By which time they would've been able to warp back to Striaton Gym. It may be speculation, but you have to admit it would fit. They're the only Gym Leaders to not make any major appearances out of their gyms (as themselves, if this theory be true). In fact, Cress and Chili are never seen outside the gym! That we know of, anyway. Every other Gym Leader has made at least one major appearance outside of their gyms and aside from the Team Plasma fiasco. Lenora and Burgh help chase down Team Plasma and take the Dragonite's skull. Burgh also appears outside his gym in Castelia City, and is present when you help to get Bianca's Munna back. Elesa appears at the musical hall to talk to Bianca's dad and at Driftveil Drawbridge to get Clay to lower the bridge. Clay appears at the city's entrance, at the entrance to his gym, and at the Cold Storage, all during the whole Team Plasma thing, and also has Krokorok clear the Galvantula web at Chargestone Cave. Skyla goes up to Celestial Tower to help a Flying-type. Brycen ascends Dragonspiral Tower and helps take on Team Plasma there. And Iris and Drayden are both present at Team Plasma's speech in Opelucid and take you to Drayden's house. Iris also appears in Castelia. The Striaton Gym Leaders never appear to help you take on Team Plasma.

It's likely to be anon in PokeSpe. That manga is not related to game canon, but it's something.
