Don't you dare delete my PMs.
Save those PMs into a blog entry and post them for all to see.
While it would be tiresome, you could just copy/paste all of the conversations into a .doc file or something similar, and save them locally on your computer. Again, it's a bit tedious, but just throwing that out there. :D
I ran into the same problem when I came back.
Because of my past status as a senior staffer, I was thousands of PMs over my inbox maximum.
I think the easiest solution would be just to allow former staffers to keep their old inbox sizes. It's a pain to go through and try to figure out which PMs to save versus delete when you have thousands you have to delete.
@Wyvernphlare; You're excused.

You people are dramatically pessimistic :C
yeah, yeah, where angels fear to tread and all that
@Yoshi-san; 's first comment to me was what I thought about IkariShipping on my profile page so...........technically shipping is more important than the anime itself
Yeah, forums were great back then and were packed with people.
Now...it's just sad.
Funnily enough, the section taught me how to be rather optimistic.

All I can say is, thank god the opinions of those on BMGF don't dictate the fandom's opinions. I disagree with nearly everything many of them have to say. I thought Sinnoh was the worst arc in the anime, not the best. I found the DP dub to be the worst dub, not the best. Mind you, I have very valid reasons for my points when it comes to the series, characters, voices, personalities, outfits, etc.
(if I recall my experiences as a mod, there's probably a reported post somewhere in this blog and people are probably poking fun at the perpetrators and/or me....but times have changed, what do I know? :P)
ROFL. Well, I do think it is a nice song, anyway.
I love the picture you chose of Ash:
"Wait, it's a...trap."
"No hold on...wait! It could be...another trap."

Like I said, your view on the fandom and the population will change depending on where you're looking. If you're looking for Misty wank, guess what??? You're gonna find it!! I rarely see Misty on my dash at all and when I do, it's like a nice pokeshippng pic or something. I look for Paul wank and guess what????? I FIND IT. Tumblr is like a safe Paul haven for me, where I can display my feelings about Paul and share my headcanons with little interference or judgement from the outside fandom.
Is there something inherently wrong with that?
Is there something wrong about having fun?
Especially if they're out of your hair?
The good thing about tumblr is that you can customize your experience and you don't HAVE to see stuff you don't want to (or it's really limited).
You can complain about the fandom all you want but be cautious about generalizations. THIS. Now I typically don't like to rant at all, but is it now becoming painfully obvious (joke username aside) that he spends a great deal of time policing and dare I say, harassing Misty fans? This is exactly why I never got along with him. Know this, especially the mods; he's been like this for a decade and seems to cause more arguments than conversations. I see his name crossed out, but no doubt it means nothing to him and assuming he'll be back, the same crap will repeat. It would take some serious growing up for him to change even an ounce. Consider carefully what it's worth defending his long-term presence. That is all. /end rant
Sorry bout' that CommanderPigg, anyways, ON TOPIC; Unless they are being harshly challenged, I honestly don't know why people get so overdefensive of Pokemon anime. I guess it's because being humans, we're quick to judge but still people ought to know at least how to be open-minded and even walk away if they have to. There's a time for exchanging opinions, but there's also a time to let others think what they want and enjoy the show how they want, y'know? Pokemon fandom -_-. Don't get me wrong, it has its high points but I still hope it gets better than it is now.
DID THE PAULS JUST MOVE THEIR MOUTHS O_____O
That TR disguise @CommanderPigg; showed is more subtle.
@Iteru ; sashays into my blog. Sassily
