I might be banned within a few months. I have one question, is the maximum infraction points reached ban a temporary or permanent ban?

...If you KNOW you're going to be banned, WHY not try to AVOID the ban by changing your behavior?

Because that's the sensible thing to do, and to do the sensible thing on a Pokemon Forum is the equivalent of drowing a hundred kittens in dog pee.

I think it's 20 points for two weeks, not too sure about the rest. I have 14 infraction points and 12 of them from the same moderator. Some people can't face losing an argument so they interpret the rules as strictly as possible in order to get you and go out of their way to read every single post you write. While at the same time breaking the exact rules they are trying to get you for. I think I might be banned to.

because I sometimes do something different every time, the first I was new and thought that we could make anything about pearlshipping and got 5 for that, the next I forgot that bumping is bad 5 for that, the next was a warning because of my spread of pics about a guy with a gun that is about to shoot Dawn, and the last one which was today was about a oversized picture with gore that "I" didn't even post first got three for that. (probably because I responded to spam maybe). I start to learn something new every month. I hope I get none next month.

Yeah, 20 points is a 2 week ban. Infractions expire every 3 months, so if you're good for a while everything wipes.

Or, quite possibly, that moderator is just the one catching you breaking the rules? This sounds familiar. Didn't somebody get angry at Blackjack for giving them multiple infraction points a while ago?

People frequent certain specific forums. Mods also do. Generally very few of us look through every forum--I don't. So you're more likely to get infraction points from certain mods in certain forums. You'd never get an infraction from me in, say, anime unless we received a post report that I happened to get first.
