I want to request someone to improve an article in Bulbapedia, but how?

I planned on raising a Pokemon with Haze, but when I checked Bulbapedia's article on the move Haze, all I got was the explanation for "Generation I". I need to know Haze's effects in Gen III/IV, but because of the explanation's heading, I'm not sure if I could utilize the information...

You mean this page? Well, as far as I know the only difference between Haze then and now is that from, I believe Gen II onwards, they removed the extra effects Haze had.

Haze only eliminates all stat changes, it no longer removes the stat reductions due to burns and paralysis, This also goes for the effects of Focus Energy, Leech Seed, Light Screen, Mist, Reflect, confusion, and Toxic.
