These rules are merely enforced in order to keep the website organized.. If there were no rules as to where something was to be posted, then these forums would be a jumbled mess and it would be near impossible to find the information you needed.

i hate people who complain about complainers

there always makeing no points just saying random shit that they think is relevant. i doesn't even make sense most of the time because they are just being hippo-crits (people who review hippos). so a message to complainers about complainers: STOP COMPLAINING ABOUT COMPLAINERS. the internet was built on the rantings of nerds (that and porn) so people are entitled to an opinion. but when you start to complain about complaining you take away the very basis of internet discussion. so stop it and lighten up
