Registration Thread

To become a member of Fizzy Bubbles you will first need to make a Registration Post providing certain details. These details include your Home Board, your name, your Starter Pokémon (chosen according to the Rules), it's level and gender, along with any miscellaneous details you wish to provide about yourself and/or your Pokémon:


* Home Board in the "Title" box

* Name: (your trainer name if you have one. If not, your Bulbagarden username is good enough)
* Starter Pokémon, gender, Level 5 and Nickname: (If any you don't need one if you don't want one)
* Misc: (anything about you etc)

An example would be like this:

Misc Info: Lotad and I like to travel, making as many friends as possible.

After you have done this a Mod will check to ensure you've posted correctly and send you a Registration Test. Upon passing the test you will be notified via PM, after which you may post in the Starter Pack Thread (http://bmgf.bulbagarden.net/showthread.php?t=19693) picking up one pack of your choice. Once you have chosen your Starter Pack the Members List will be edited with the pack you have chosen.
Your next step will be to join the FB Usergroup by going to your User CP > Group Memberships > Fizzy Bubbles. We will keep an eye out for your application and approve you so that you will be able to re-post your details into the official Members List. Once this is completed you are good to go and will be able to begin adventuring in the zones. Be sure to update your Member Profile regularly to add any Pokémon and/or Items you obtain during your adventures. Most importantly, check and recheck all of the shop and zone rules BEFORE posting to ensure you are doing so properly. While the Registration Test will cover most of the rules, it's still always best to double-check before posting.

Please DO NOT post signatures when you apply.
If you do post a signature or post your details incorrectly, you will be skipped until your Registration Post has been edited.

If you do not reply to the Registration Test within one month of it being sent to you, your registration post will be removed from the thread and you will need to reapply if you still wish to join. Some people apply but never respond so we will delete inactive posts in order to avoid clutter.

You cannot sign up with a new username if you are a current FB member or have at any time in the past had an FB account. This is considered a "Double", or "Secondary" Account, and will be banned if we discover the deception. If you are an inactive member, PM us and we will return your details to the main FB forum. Full details are in the Rules Thread so please read them.

Info: Volcape has been part of me since we entered Sinnoh, and has the sort of temperament often seen with gurus. I myself am more of a hardened veteran that's seen regions before. We met near Stark Mountain in Sinnoh, where I had been before while training a few others that didn't want to join me here, as the fiery chimp was under attack from a rogue Skarmory, which just so happened to flee after a few thunderbolts from my resident electric type sent it packing. Volcape tends to not fight often, but when instructed to do so, is efficient at his work.

I decided to travel to the FB realm, leaving my others at Sinnoh in a ranch owned by a friend of mine, who has no contact between the FB realm and Sinnoh in any way, and am one of those people who are quite neutral about everything, but have a strong sense of justice and hate to see others get in trouble.

* Misc: Paul and Rocky's relationship is somewhat of a mistake. Paul, being an enthusiastic young man with a developed interest in recreational herbs came across a seedot while on a camping trip. Her acorn shape sparked an idea that she would sprout into some sort of magical plant, and resulted in her being buried in the sand outside the flap of Paul's tent. Shortly afterward, Paul realized his mistake and dug Rocky out of the ground, apologized, and offered to take her along with him on his travels. They seem to get along fine, however Rocky has kept a bit of an naughty nature as an aftereffect from the event. This change in behaviour sometimes collides with Paul's absent-minded and carefree mindset.

Oza met Sougawa after their home burned down in a fire, leaving him the soul survivor. Sougawa was one of a group of Water Pokemon housed by the man that took him in, Daisuke, and the one whose temperament most closely matched Oza's.

Info on Patina: Cale found Patina in an antiques shop, where it had been sleeping since its excavation and assumed to be an artifact of some kind. Cale is an artifact and history buff, and the two get along very well, since Patina loves hearing stories. The Mirror Pokémon also adores being polished, and ports a brazen lustre on its non-engraved side.

Info on Cale: He's twenty-two years old, and spent all his life studying all sorts of strange Pokémon that seem to be man-made (or otherwise impossible to animate) but have come to life. Kind of on the lanky, nerdy side, he's got dusty blond hair and brown eyes, and generally wears buttondown shirts, jeans, and boots. There's a Spiritomb-shaped dogtag around his neck.

Alina looked over her shoulder and said hello to the little Pokemon, but the Cyndaquil quietly stared back and watched her paint. As it grew dark, Alina packed her things and started to walk home. Half way there she realized that the Cyndaquil was following her home. She told the Cyndaquil to go home, but it just sat there and stared blankly at her. Not knowing what to do she let the Cyndaquil follow her home, and within days they began to develop a friendship. With a loyal partner of her own, Alina could finally leave home to see the world, and to paint new landscapes and Pokemon not common in her homeland.

Misc: Being thrown out of his Grandfather's Pokemon dojo/living space to put some "fire in his belly" by experiencing the real world, Fuuten was given Danko (the runt of a three month old batch of Pokemon eggs brought and hatched for training at the dojo) to train and together gain enough "real world experience" according to his grandfather to return home.

If something as simple as that can't be adhered to, how are you supposed to be able to understand the various requirements in all of the other areas of FB? Besides, if you've fixed your post several times and still overlooked editing it in then there's no need to be so narky about it. The registration process is too straightforward to get wrong so it's as simple as that.


oh, and I forgot to put a title, so this is my board other than pokecommunity, but they don't have fizzy bubbles. I have actually been here before, and I was an active member, but I lost my passwordIf this is in fact true, you've broken the rule regarding second accounts which means no test would have been sent anyway. If a lost password is the only issue then all we would have needed was your old username and everything could have been fixed up through some polite negotiation with BMGf Admin.
