Why do you need to hack it? Anyway Just use Gameshark, and I'm pretty sure you have an opted Gameshark option for ROMs.

Uhh...you'd have to be pretty skilled to use GameShark to hack the ROM the way he wants to. I'd like to see you edit the maps and the wild Pokémon and the music thus creating a whole new game, using just a GameShark.

Besides, EliteMap is way better than AdvanceMap.

If you know the exact program you want, why not just use Google or some other search engine? Usually, if you know EXACTLY what program you're looking for, you can find it. Unless it's a commercial program, in which case trying to find a free version is just as bad as looking for a ROM.
